Die Penisvergrößerung wird mit der V-Y Plastik- und Ligamentolizis-Technik durchgeführt und beinhaltet das Verbreitern und Verlängern des Penis. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Methoden werden keine Prothesen oder synthetischen Füllstoffe verwendet, sondern lediglich das eigene Gewebe des Patienten.
Die Penisverlängerung wird durch die V-Y Plastik-Ligamentolizis-Technik erreicht, bei der etwa 80% der Bänder, die den Penis halten, freigesetzt werden und somit etwa 80% des innerhalb des Körpers befindlichen Penis nach außen gezogen werden. In nur einer Sitzung kann eine Verlängerung von 2-3 Zentimetern erreicht werden, wenn der Penis nicht erigiert ist.
Die Ligamentolizis-Technik eignet sich für den Patienten, wenn er eine Untersuchung des Beckenbereichs, insbesondere im Unterbauch, bestanden hat und keine Fetteinlagerungen in der Nähe des Penis vorliegen. In diesem Fall wird der Patient möglicherweise dazu geraten, eine Liposuktion im Pubisbereich und Fettinjektionen durchzuführen. Durch die Liposuktion im Pubisbereich wird das im Fettgewebe versteckte Penis nach oben gezogen und eine sichtbare Verlängerung erzielt. Nach etwa sechs Monaten kann dann die Ligamentolizis durchgeführt werden, um das Maximum an Verlängerung zu erreichen.
Das Durchtrennen der stützenden Muskeln des Penis hat keine Auswirkungen auf die Erektor-Muskulatur und beeinträchtigt die Erektion nicht. Die Penisvergrößerung führt auch nicht zu einem Verlust von Empfindungen oder Gefühlen.
Die Penisverdickung wird durch die Entnahme des eigenen Fetts des Patienten mittels Liposuktion und Reinigung erreicht, gefolgt von einer speziellen Injektionstechnik in den Penis. Die Fettinjektion führt in nur einer Sitzung zu einer Verdickung des Penis um 4-6 Zentimeter. Die Fettinjektionen können alle sechs Monate wiederholt werden, abhängig von der Anatomie des Patienten und der Menge an Fett.

Was ist die normale Größe eines Penis?
Dies liegt ganz bei der Person. Es gibt keine Standarddaten zur Penisgröße oder -dicke. Ich möchte Sie nicht mit Tabellen zur Penisgröße verwirren. Wichtig ist, dass die Person mit ihrem Penis im Reinen ist. Wenn Sie ein ästhetisches Problem, die Kürze oder Dünnheit Ihres Penis stört, können Schönheitsoperationen durchgeführt werden. Die Ausnahme für diese Situation ist der Mikropenis. Unter Mikropenis versteht man eine Situation, in der die Größe des erigierten Penis weniger als 7 bis 8 Zentimeter beträgt. Mikropenis tritt typischerweise bei männlichen Patienten mit Hypogonadismus auf und der hormonelle Zustand sollte untersucht werden. Bei Bedarf können hormonelle und chirurgische Behandlungen durchgeführt werden.
Da Koitus nur mit erigiertem Penis möglich ist, kommt es auf die Länge und Dicke des erigierten Penis an. Ein Penis mit einer Länge von 2–3 cm im Kolbenzustand kann bis zu 15–16 cm erigieren, während ein Penis von 8–9 cm während der Erektion eine Länge von 12 cm erreichen kann.
Die Penisgröße hängt von der Genetik und der Herkunft ab. Typischerweise gelten weniger als 11–12 cm während der Erektion als klein. Die Penisdicke beträgt während der Erektion etwa 10–13 cm (Laut den Forschern des King’s College in London und des Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust beträgt die durchschnittliche Penisgröße 9,16 cm, die erigierte Penisgröße 13,12 cm).
PENIS ENLARGEMENT OPERATIONS
I have experience various surgery techniques during penis enlargement operations. The most successful one is the technique called reverse V-Y plasty and ligamentolysis that is based on loosening ligaments erecting the penis. Ventral phalloplasty can also be added depending on the condition. In other words, on penoscrotal area which is the connection point of penis and scrotum; z-plasty, c-y plasty or skin grafts can be used (average 1.5-4 enlargement)
Penis enlargement depends and is related to the persons’s anatomy and last but not least, the thickness of ligaments. The thicker ligaments are, the more the penis can be enlarged.
Abdominal liposuction, suprapubic lipectomy should also be added (it should especially be added for the patients with concealed penis). Here the purpose is to get rid of the extra fat tissue covering the bottom part of the penis called proximal and to fix the abdominal eminentia (in total there will be an enlargement between 2-5 cm).
PENIS THICKENING OPERATIONS
I usually prefer autologous fat transplant which means using the fats obtained from the patient himself/herself. The areas I mostly use to obtain fat (as donor) are suprapubic (bottom part of the penis), abdomen and medial thigh area.
Afterwards, the adipose tissue obtained is purified by centrifuging (3000 rpm for 3 minutes in Coleman, 2007). Using slower centrifuge speed and decreased amount of time is important to keep the fat (therefore, I usually prefer 1000 rpm and 2 minutes)
Following this step, the purified adipose tissue is transplanted. It’s spreaded homogenously under the skin of the penis. After the operation, fat migration and asymmetry that might occur due to erection are prevented through the use of an elastic penis bandage of sufficient length. Pplatelet-rich plasma prepared by taking around 20 cc of blood can also be used for penis thickening.
Fat loss rate in six months is between 30-40%. Penis thickness doesn’t change after six months. Taking the fat loss into account, I conduct more adipose tissue injection during thickening operations.
PENIS ENLARGEMENT + THICKENING OPERATIONS
Majority of my patients would like to have these two procedures (enlargement + thickening) at the same time. I also recommend having the two procedures at the same time in order to maintain the width-length ratio and and aesthetic of the penis.
Local anaesthesia + sedation or general anaesthesia depending on the preference of the patient is preferred as the anaesthesia type. Patients are released after the operation on the same day. They can continue their routine activities after 1 – 2 days of rest..
Patients are asked to avoid any type of sexual activities for 4 – 5 weeks following the procedure (including masturbation).
Times of procedures (operation time):
• Penis enlargement: around 45-50 minutes
• Penis thickening: around 50-60 minutes
• Penis enlargement + thickening: around 80-90 minutes..
RESULTS:
• The range for penis enlargement is between 1.5 and 4 cm. The variety here depends on the Characteristics of ligaments, in other words on depth, length and width. If it is thicker, then it is better. (Basal penis ultrasound provides partly display of suspensor ligament and allows us to know the possible length range to be added)
• 25-35% increase can be achieved in the width of the penis after penis thickening operations. The variety here depends on the personal Characteristics. It’s related with the metabolic status, lifestyle, anatomic structure (a wider area between corpus and fartos of the penis provides better results) of the patient
• The range for the generally preferred penis enlargement + penis thickening (together with suprapubic lipectomy) operation I mostly apply is between 2 – 5 cm.
• Erection angle may decrease a bit after the operation.
WILL THE ERECTION BE LESS AFTER PENIS ENLARGEMENT, THICKENING OPERATION?
This is one of the frequently asked questions. There will be no change at all after these operations in erection. I’ve been involved in and conducted plenty of these operations both in Turkey and abroad. We haven’t seen any problems like this with any patients so far..
I use surgical loupe during these operations. And I use laser which is very accountable for the separation of ligaments. This way the structures maintaining the erection, nerves and venes (neurovascular bundle) can be preserved easily. There is also no loss of sensation in the penis.
There is always a risk not only in penis enlargement operations, but also in any type of penis and prostate operations. The important thing here is the knowledge of the surgeon conducting the operation on genital area and especially the anatomy of penis and the surgeon’s experience in this type of operations..
RISKS and COMPLICATIONS REGARDING PENIS ENLARGEMENT AND THICKENING OPERATIONS:
– Injury of erectile structures, nerves and venes
– Decrease in the elevation angle of erected penis
– Penis instabilitesi
– Poor healing (v-y plasty, z plasty)
– Unsolvable (unresorbing) hematom
– Excessive fat loss (Normally 30-40% of the fats injected for penis thickening will be absorbed by the body in 6 months. This loss might be more sometimes.)
– Fat migration and nodule formation
– Deformities (asymmetry and curvature of penis)
Actually all undesired complications and results are caused due to insufficient surgery techniques and ack of experience. Therefore, this type of operations should be conducted by specialist and experienced surgeons on this area and the anatomy.
What Is The Success Rate of Penıs Enlargement?
Penis enlargement surgery is a procedure with a very high success rate. World-renowned sources such as The Journal of Sexual Medicine also emphasized the success of this procedure. Some side effects that develop after the operation are related to the patient’s care process. In other words, if the patient takes the necessary care after the procedure, the risk of side effects will be less or none.
It is normal to see situations such as the risk of infection in surgical operations. Therefore, I emphasize the importance of this process to all my patients who apply to my clinic. I offer all the necessary advice for my patients to get through the recovery period without any problems.
How Long Does the Effect of Penıs Enlargement Last?
A permanence of at least 2-4 years is possible in this procedure I applied. Of course, this time varies according to my patient’s metabolism. It is also not likely to see a reduction or disproportion in the penis length of the patient during the period after the operation. However, I can perform a second procedure if my patients request it.
